VLAD MRAVEC (VLAD)

Head Coach

Vlad is the founder of the Vladswim program, which provides all level of swimming services from stroke correction at beginner to elite level through to coaching of an open water swimming squad.

Vlad’s expertise lies in increasing interesting and effective pool and ocean swim sessions covering all levels of intensity and skills to help swimmers achieve their long distance goals. He has a clear understanding of how to structure training programs and plan for specific endurance swim events.

VIKTORIA MRAVCOVA (VIKI)

Program Coordinator

Viki is a co-founder of Vladswim. She has been working mostly from her home office, dedicating time to Vladswim administration part. Making sure that Vladswim registrations are processed, privates scheduled, stroke correction enrolments completed, emails replied to, payments received...

You can also meet Viki at lunchtime squads during summer as she takes Monday squads.

MARTIN VAVREK

Coach

Martin has been with Vladswim since late 2012. He is a trained physio therapist and very experienced scuba diver and is a Master Scuba Diving Instructor.

He brings many different facets into his coaching and training programs, and an understanding of how to reach set goals.

JAI DI TOMMASO

Coach

Since joining the Vladswim team, Jai has helped many of our swimmers to achieve their goals. Jai's extensive experience as a marathon, middle and shorter distance swimmer, in addition to her renowned enthusiasm and passion for our sport makes her an invaluable part of the team.

In addition to her Bronze coaching qualification, Jai has a personal interest in the mechanics of the human body and the particular stresses swimming places on the athlete. She brings this and energy in abundance to every session.
